    Event Description:
Often times, we are faced with the task of leading change that we have no control over. Change can take many forms and depending on the type of change it can impact us in many ways. In this training, former Columbine Principal, Frank DeAngelis, reveals the leadership lessons he learned in the focus of an international firestorm. Frank's honest, straight-forward account provides invaluable insights into leadership including crisis management, communication, conflict resolution, and motivation. Attendees will also learn how to lead and embrace change that happens daily, from corporate decisions, to economy shifts, or changes in workforce.
    Topics that will be covered:
    • Lessons Learned from the Columbine School Shooting of 1999
    • Leading & Embracing Change
    • Leading During a Traumatic Event
    • Motivating & Communicating with Employees
To accommodate the overwhelming interest for this training, the event will be
held from 1-4PM at Illinois Central College in the Performing Arts Center.
