Becky Mills is the Managing Director in the Turner School of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Bradley University. This session explores the importance of change and the power that it holds in both personal and professional atmospheres. Mills will look at the principles, the fear and the realistic approach to change, and the transitions that occur.
