    Job Purpose:
    Problem solving customers’ technical inquiries by phone, e-mail, and limited on-site support. On-site support involves field testing, commissioning, troubleshooting and training customers on 4B electronics.
    Job Duties:
     Provide exceptional technical product support and troubleshooting to customers by phone and e-mail.
     Provide technical support to inside and outside sales staff.
     Use electronics testing equipment to test, commission, and troubleshoot 4B sensors and systems in-house and on-site
     Host product training sessions with customers in a purpose-built training room inperson, online, or on-site. Training sessions will demonstrate how to properly install, test, and maintain 4B sensors and systems.
     Evaluate returned products for warranty consideration and produce detailed reports that explain the results of the evaluation.
     Use demonstration equipment and documentation to become proficient and stay up-to-date in the 4B electronics sensors and systems.
     Create hands on demonstrations for training and sales/marketing use.
    Job Requirements:
     Self-motivated and capable of accomplishing tasks unsupervised.
     Willingness to travel approximately 10-20% of the time.
     Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
     Experience with electrical testing tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
     Experience with Ethernet communications.
     Experience with Microsoft Office.
     Desire to learn about products and take on responsibilities.
     Excellent problem-solving skills and detail-oriented.
    Education Level: Two-year electrical, technical, or related degree (or equivalent experience).
